Refund Policy
What happens if plans change, or if a purchase is not what you expected.
Where purchases are processed
Consultations are booked and paid through Nestuge, and books are sold through Selar. Those checkout providers handle the transaction, and their own terms and refund rules apply alongside this policy.
Consultations
One reschedule is available at no charge when you give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a refund, less processing or platform fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session and no-shows are non-refundable. Once a service has begun or been completed, the payment is non-refundable. If Samuel cancels and no suitable replacement session is offered, the service fee will be refunded in full. Checkout partner terms may also apply.
Digital resources
Digital products are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable. If a file is faulty, incomplete or does not match its description, contact us and it will be fixed or refunded.
Outcomes are not refundable events
Fees pay for education, preparation and time. They are not contingent on a visa decision, and an unfavourable government decision is not grounds for a refund.
